  1. I have a font named DMCA Sans Serif.

Here are some properties of it:
    General-purpose
    Sans-serif
    Monospaced
    3309 characters
    32 styles
    No OpenType features
    Hinted with ttfautohint
Scripts: Latin, Greek, Cyrillic, Armenian and Georgian, but also Arabic, Hebrew, Thai and Japanese.

    1. DMCA Sans Serif is based entirely on Consolas type family. Consolas is a monospaced typeface, designed by Luc(as) de Groot. It is a part of the ClearType Font Collection. It has been included with Windows since Windows Vista, Microsoft Office 2007 and Microsoft Visual Studio 2010, and is available for download from Microsoft.
The license of Consolas doesn’t allow derivative fonts. So that DMCA Sans Serif is in violation of Microsoft license.

      1. DMCA Sans Serif isn’t a derivative work of Consolas, in the same way fonts like FreeSans and FreeMono aren’t derivative works either. But Code New Roman is a derivative work of Consolas, so why is it here when Code New Roman is a derivative work of Consolas?
