Where the author of the font has not given an explicit license, but has only declared his free will his typeface/software to be distributed free of charge for personal and commercial use, this license should be applied.
Local Fonts Free For Personal and Commercial Use License refers to the downloadable file, which may contain one or numerous fonts. These fonts can be of any type (like .ttf, .otf, etc.). Together all type of the fonts form a ‘font family’ or in short a ‘typeface’.
1. Copyright
The typeface is the intellectual property of its respective author, provided it is original, and is protected by copyright laws in the world.
2. Usage
The typeface may be downloaded and used free of charge for both personal and commercial use, as long as the usage is not racist or illegal. Personal use refers to all usage that does not generate financial income in a business manner, for instance:
