Description
Solena is display script font based on a real handwriting. It`s written using a ruling-pen on a textured paper. The letters are placed unevenly on the baseline implementing the freedom of handwriting process. The font has stylistic alternates and as a OpenType feature that can predispose your creativity to make some unique postcards, invitations, posters or packaging. It contains a lot of ligatures to ensure the good looking letter combinations by default. Solena is designed to support custom products that are made by heart.

Calligrapher and graphic designer in Sofia, Bulgaria. She completed her BA in Graphic design and MA in Calligraphy at the National Academy of Art in Sofia. After her graduation she started working as a type designer at Fontfabric Type Foundry and embarked on a PhD, still at National Academy of Art.From 2018 she started working with Todor Georgiev and founded together Letter Collective. The studio offers graphic design services related to type design, lettering, calligraphy, typography, visual communication and brand identity.
